Usage

Bzturk services are limited to a single mturk account per purchase license.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable for the initial purchase made within 7 days of creating a bzturk account. No refunds are available for renewal orders.

Termination

In the event that we discover your use of a counterfeit version of the browser extension, attempt to exploit multiple free trials, or engage in unauthorized methods to capture HITs without a purchase (after the free trial), we reserve the right to immediately terminate or suspend your access. Upon termination, your ability to use the Service will cease immediately.

Cancellation

You have the freedom to cancel your purchase to the bzturk browser extension at any time. Simply click on the customer portal button located in the extension pop-up or send an email to [email protected] or [email protected]. It's important to note that uninstalling the browser extension does not automatically cancel the purchase. After canceling your purchase, if any automatic payment deductions occur, in that case, customers can raise a ticket, and the refund procedure will be completed within 7 business days.
